Sailing, Sailing ….
Yesterday, there seemed to be more clouds sailing in the “Yachting Capital of the World” Marblehead MA than boats.

This image is a composite of 8 images that were automatically merged and then automatically blended using the new Photoshop CS3. No other alterations were made.
If you have ever tried making panoramas from hand held images that have varying exposure issues, you will know the difficultly of getting a seamless blending of objects and transitions. My opinion is that Adobe has done a fantastic job in allowing you to do just that.
I also wanted to test the Black and white conversion with Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. Here is a image of Marblehead light that was converted from color to B&W.
About Marblehead,
Marblehead is an ocean side community, located on the North Shore of Boston. Established - December 12, 1648 after having been granted permission to be annexed from Salem. Rich in history, it is one of my favorite places year round, where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views, while walking historic streets, passing quait houses and even the home of a former US Vice President of the United States.
Marblehead is also the home of the famous painting - Spirit of ’76 . Marblehead also claims the disputed title of the Birthplace of the American Navy with near by Beverly MA. You want to explore more about Marblehead and it’s place in American history check this link to the Official Marblehead website.
