Presets, presets and more presets ..
Adobe Lightroom’s virtual copies and presets capabilities are just darn addictive. To someone like myself, who loves to play around with “what if” scenarios, this can sometimes be a curse.
Matt Kloskowski, in his weekly blog - Lightroom Killer Tips , has been creating some really unique presets for the Lightroom develop modules and has been sharing with his blog followers.
In his latest blog posting, Matt has provided two Nostalgic presets to try. He also welcomed links to his blog showing images that readers applied those presets.
As suggested, here are examples of the effects of Matt’s presets on a recent image captured at Fort Pickering in Salem Masschusetts.

Here is that same image with Matt’s presets -
While we are sharing, here is a preset that I had previously created myself.
As you can see, it can be addictive. One of the real beauties of Adobe Lightroom is that even though I created (3) additional variations of the same image, they are virtual copies and create very little additional file size overhead. Additionally, images can also be saved out for filing or printing.

I really like what you have shown here and I really like your personal preset. Nice work. Mind sharing your preset with the world?
