End of the line …
Ever wonder how to change the panel end markers in Lightroom. It is actually pretty simple.
Here is an example of my new panel end marker -
Here is the procedure that I used to make the change.
Unzip Example file and insert into the Panels End Mark Folder.
This folder can be found by
- selecting Preferences under the Edit Menu.
- In the Preferences Panel (click for larger view) select Interface
- In Panel End Mark drop down click on Go to Panel End Markers Folder
- Open Folder and place unzipped sample png file into this folder
- Close Lightroom and restart
To use the new End Panel Marker - Select … Edit…Preferences…Interface… Panel End Mark: drop down and then Select “theend.png” file that was just installed.
You can create your own End Panel markers by using Photoshop to create an image and by saving as a png file. Then follow the procedure outlined above to install. Keep in mind the size of the output image. The example image used in this example is 38 pixels x119 pixels in size.
