Good Day for a Picnic or an Ice Cream ?
Wolfeboro, New Hampshire on Saturday Afternoon, it was cloudy and late in the afternoon. Though cloudy, the snow was still pretty bright and probably not the best conditions for making an image. However, a couple of possibilities did catch my eye.
I was not carrying my camera bag and only had my 50mm lens.
While waiting for my better half to eventually come out of a nearby gift shop, I walked down by the lake. The contrast between the white-white snow and the blue picnic table, complemented by the dry oak tree leaves, caught my camera’s view.

Not a good day for a picnic !
…. and a little while later ( and much darker and still waiting) …… Though they appeared a little cold and somewhat stiff, an older man and a child seem to be enjoying a Ice Cream from Bailey’s Bubble .

Merry Christmas,
I love the photo of the bench with the snow and the sculptures of the boy and the man eating icecream! Classic! Thanks for including me in your section of Links. I am honored. I love your collection of podcasts! Many I have never hear about.
