Editor’s Choice
Those following this blog know that I’m a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals – NAPP
This week I had the privilege of having one of my images selected as Editor’s Choice.
This image is a composite of two HDR images to create a panoramic image.
The original images were captured in exposures of 0 ev, 2 ev, -2 ev, 1 ev and -1 ev. The individual exposures for each image were then combined using Photmatix Pro. The resultant images were then further refined in Lightroom before being merged into a panoramic image with Photoshop.
Peabody International Festival 2007 Arts Galleria Results
Posted by Peter in Awards, Botanical, Buy a Print, Massachusetts, Painterly Effect, Photoshop, Pumpkins on September 10th, 2007
This last weekend was the 24th Peabody International Festival in Peabody Massachusetts.
I had four images in the Digital Photography Category of the Arts Galleria.
The results – a 3rd place winner and two honorable mentions. Here is the 3rd place image, originally taken in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. The image was altered with Photoshop where I created a “artistic” effect.

I just realized that when I made the transfer from Blogger, the Honorable Mention Award images were not transfered.
Here is one image, (the other image is the image of Portland Head Light mentioned in a earlier post).
