Nice weather, at least for today, on the North Shore so I thought I would get some exercise and would take my gear along.
Decided to head up to Halibut Point in Rockport, MA. Notice a trend, I like to go to these places when there are no tourist.

Preset compatibilty issue with Macs Confirmed

Matt Kloskowski has confirmed see- Lightroom Killer Tips that there is a compatibility issue with presets created on a PC and Macs.

I’m glad that he has confirmed this. However, at the same time I’m a little disappointed.
Let’s see what Matt comes up with, he has a much better chance of solving this than me.

Update on Lightroom Presets for Calendar creation

Getting close to finishing the calendar preset collection that I have been offering.
This has taken a lot longer than I expected. There has also been a compatibility issue with Apple systems along the way and that is still unresolved as of this writing.

Technique for adding a “Real” signature to prints in Adobe Lightroom

Want to add your real signature directly onto your images and not only along the outside edge ?
Yes, Adobe Lightroom will allow you to apply an Identity Plate of a typed text name and apply it directly onto an image, but it’s just not the same as a real handwritten signature.

Presets and Macs

I created the calendar presets on a PC running Vista and it appears that there is an incapatbilty issue with some people running on Macs.
If you have a Mac and have downloaded and installed the presets OK or not OK , let me know. I would appreciate the feedback.
