more …. Crater Lake

Going through the set of images made during my recent rip to Oregon, I forgot that I had made multiple images so I could create a panorama of Crater Lake.

Here is what I did -

I set the exposure manually.
I took (8) overlapping images
Use the Photomerge function of Photoshop CS3 ..  auto align [...]

Cape Disappointment and more .. take 2 or is that take 3 ?

Disappointment ? I don’t think so …

While visiting Northern Oregon and Washington State last month, I was able to capture several lighthouses along the way.
Lewis and Clark may have been disappointed, but we were not. Despite the rumors, the weather during the time we were in Oregon was perfect.
Across the Columbia river from Astoria is Cape Disappointment, Washington.
